We recommend that you use a password that is not used for any other purpose. Your IP address is saved when you make a court reservation but is not saved at any other time.

When you register for a ladder-league, your name, email address, and phone number are saved so that your ladder manager and other players may contact you. The phone number will appear on a public ladder schedule so that other players may contact you for last-minute schedule changes but may be omitted on request to your ladder manager. Players do not have a password for ladder-leagues.

The above information is never used for marketing and will not be given or sold to any other party unless required by law.

Information submitted on contact forms is retained for customer service purposes but is never used for marketing.

Cookies

When you log in, a cookie is placed on your computer for the purpose of maintaining your log-in status. It does not contain your name, email address, password, or phone number. Your name, email address, and phone number are available to your local club manager for the purposes of following up on an individual reservation or reservation policies. It will not be given or sold to any other party unless required by law. You will not receive email solicitations from HoldMyCourt.com. The local administrator of your club reservation system may enable confirming emails when you reserve or cancel a court reservation.
